More pool service to ask if you need anything
Inside the restaurant not the same service as outside
Provide more ice cream flavours in bar (vanilla, straciatella, pistache, …) and also in cups at the pool
Provide private showers inside that are always available for late check-out, not depending on availability of welness showers
Put salt and pepper on every table in the restaurant
At breakfast we often had to wait for eggs and/or bacon

Good facilities and range of food. Majority of the staff were lovely, particularly the house keeping team who were so nice
Reception staff were poor. Most of the restaurant staff were great but not all. A few looked like they would prefer to be anywhere else and avoided eye contact with guests etc. Overall, across the restaurant and bar the staff clearly lacked training. Very haphazard. Flies on the restaurant were out of control also.

I like the pool view , beautiful sunsets from the garden and pool area
I didn’t like the luxury treatment itself , first time I’ve been to a luxury hotel that doesn’t feel like it. I didn’t feel special , they knew we were celebrating a bday and didn’t went above and beyond. Anything special. Very robotic interaction, very transactional
