Breakfast was GREAT !

Heat the indoor swimming pool.

Customer service was amazing. Bed and room very clean, cozy and comfortable. They stay was very quiet.

Bob at the front desk had a plethora of great info about Oakhurst. Super friendly staff!

The property was clean, and in a great location. They had a breakfast every morning, which was well stocked.

I didn’t like the fact that our friends room had a faulty toilet and they were going to use the bathroom in the lobby at 5 in the morning. When it was reported to the reception, they said they would have maintenance take care of it while we were out for the day. When we came back the toilet was still not flushing so my friends went back to reception to find out what happened. It seems that maintenance didn’t fix or check it. So they had them waiting in the lobby while they sent up the maintenance guy. This is when I came down and talked to reception and asked them to issue them a new room in case the toilet continued to have issues. He said yes and was in the process when the maintenance guy came down and was confronting my friends, telling them that there was nothing wrong with the toilet that it flushed correctly and being very defensive and confrontational with my friends and telling the person at reception that it was up to him if he wanted to switch their room because the toilet was working. When we went back up to get their stuff moved to new room, we tried the toilet and it wouldn’t flush properly again. The maintenance guy was so unprofessional that it made my friends feel like they were lying about it..
