Cute, clean, comfortable

The room was really nice you can tell this property was newly renovated in the past couple of years. They have a coffee bar available 24/7 which was nice to grab on our way out to the park in the morning.
Cars were parked in the Electric vehicle charging that were regular vehicles or not charging. The staff didn't seem to care about this and essentially just said paid charging is across the street. Not really the sort of warm welcome you would hope for. We just paid for charging across the street, but why have amenities that you're not going to make available to guests?

I wasn’t informed there’s no stairs, ice machine is downstairs, staff was not very helpful
