Permit# 2023-1472 Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. Welcome to 114 E. Mars! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2022 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful interior decor and has an amazing backyard area with a private pool and hot tub! This home is also located less than 1/2 a block from South Padre Island's beautiful beach! The front door opens to the ground level of the home. The 1st floor features all new flooring, two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also entails a twin day bed with twin trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two more children or teenagers. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 10-12 children or teenagers comfortably. The second ground floor room entails two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to the pool area in the backyard. The second level of this spacious beach house features the kitchen, dining and spacious living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The living room is beautifully decorated with two large couches and sitting chairs that provide plenty of seating space for guests to enjoy conversations with family and friends while watching the large flat screen tv. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious newly remodeled master bathroom with walk in tile shower and soaking tub! This room offers guests a private balcony which is perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun. You will indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for! Accommodating up to 18 guests, 114 E. Mars features a massive private pool and hot tub in the backyard! Everything was mostly fine. Unfortunately we checked in the day the management was having their holiday party and would not respond to calls or messages. The AC would not work and while that sounds not so bad in winter, it was as the house was 77°. So a tad uncomfortable. But they did respond the next day and had it fixed by noon. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

My family and I just stayed here for a family vacation and we loved it. It had everything we needed to accommodate our stay, and it was not even a 2 min walk from the beach! Everything was right there if we needed to run to the store, we rode the golf cart there. Would 10/10 recommend this place for your next stay!

Beautiful space for our multi family vacation! I hope to come back to the exact same spot next year! Clean, plenty of hangout space, beautiful views, the pool and backyard was gorgeous! Every kid and parents dream. The ocean was very close! I wish this place was my home!

This was our first time to SPI and we were truly shooting in the dark on where to stay in general. Visually this listing felt the most modern, up to date and great location. we were not disappointed at all. The house was exactly as described and the host was widely responsive to any questions we may have had. Across the board the experience was fantastic. !

When we arrived we had a small hiccup with the door code, but once i called they were there to help immediately. The house exceeded my expectations! We were a group of 7 and we loved having extra space to just chill. The pool area was amazing! Location was excellent! I was nervous about the distance to the beach as we brought a 3yo. It was very easily walkable! No complaints! We will definitely return!!

Many good things about the property, location, house layout. Booked this property mainly for the pool. The pool heater is not working properly. Called spi 5 times about the issue. They sent out 4 maintenance people and one person from the pool company. Pretty crappy watching the next door neighbors enjoy their spa and we sat in the house. The first trip for our 3 year old granddaughter and she got in for 5 minutes our entire stay.

Although management & maintenance very responsive had to call for heat in pool. Then had to call as hot tub not working. Never resolved very disappointing. We bought our own bleach & mildew cleaner for patio furniture and surrounding deck area which were mildew.

This home was perfect for 5 grown adults and 1 infant. Best feature for us was we each had our own bathrooms. The home is nicely updated and clean. The spa was great at night, although it did take time to warm up to temp but that was due to the air temperature being in the 40's. Property management was fantastic with easy check-in and out process.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group (6 adults and 3 kids). Easily could have fit more in the house. The house was super easy access to the beach (less than a block away) and the beach was beautiful and quiet. The house was perfect for what we needed and was as seen in the pictures (beautiful, updated, etc.). We loved having our own kitchen and pool and hot tub. We did end up having issues with the hot tub/pool daily but once contacting SPI Rentals someone was always out very quickly. The issues included the hot tub getting too cold (variations of 30 degrees), cold water going into the hot hub from the pool, the main pool being too chilly, and the hot tub water level dropping below the jets. It would be nice if there were instructions on site for how to use the pool/hot tub buttons on the wall because we didn’t know what they meant or what they did. I also would be nice if the property had some beach gear (wagon to bring to the beach, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs). We ended up buying $150 worth of beach chairs so the next group renting could have something to sit on at the beach. Overall loved it and would definitely go back!
