The property is beautiful and the ocean view is stunning!

This is a very well-appointed private room with thoughtful touches throughout. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. It is a high sleigh bed, but the host provides a step stool for anyone who may need a little extra assistance getting in and out. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower is excellent. The host went above and beyond by leaving a personal welcome note, a chocolate treat, and two complimentary bottles of water. The all-in-one charging stations on both nightstands were a particularly appreciated convenience. The room also includes a mini refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a well-stocked coffee station complete with plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for two. For non-coffee drinkers, there are several tea options and even hot chocolate pods available. The private entrance features a storm door that offers a lovely ocean view, and guests can also relax on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The accommodations are exactly as pictured, with no surprises upon arrival. The location is very quiet and peaceful, while still being conveniently situated about 15 minutes from Gualala and 10 minutes from Point Arena. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay, with an attentive host and beautiful ocean views.

difficult to find , no staff at check in, too high a sleigh bed , they provide a stepping chair to get on the bed! check out at 10:00 am . The room has a microwave oven and fridge an a coffee maker which is difficult to operate . The place is 9 mile from Gualala Restaurants!
