Great facilities and breakfast for the price!

Great facilities and the front desk people was wonderful. I also left my headphones and they shipped them over, which is quite great for some hotels. I def would recommend staying here. Is just 5 min away from the city center

All was good, i would say maybe the location a bit far away but I like most of all it.

Wonderful hotel in every way.

This Holiday Inn is fairly new, less than a year old. It was wonderful - clean, large room, comfortable bed. The shower head was superb and water pressure excellent. Breakfast was also good with many options. Would definitely choose this pace again. Location was better than we hoped for.

I need a small freezer for small ice beds for medicine I travel with. The room had a refrigerator but not a freezer. Fortunately, the staff kept the ice packs in their staff freezer. Shower curtain could be bigger.

The breakfast was fine everything was warm and all utensils and condiments were readily available.

Outdoor fire pit not working and grills out of butane. For the rates you are charging everything should be top knotch

Great facilities, friendly staff, and good breakfast!

Clean and new facilities. We were on a road trip and it was a great refreshing stopover. The indoor pool was warm and clean. Friendly staff and great hit breakfast.

Clean and quiet facility.

In the queen suite, the mirror/ hanging hook fell off the wall when we hung up a backpack! It could have been disastrous. We didn't get hurt... just startled.

new hotel with clean and pleasant roomes, affordable price

clean roooms, nice staff, quiet, seems to be a rather new hotel, good complementary breakfast. Good location for Monterey, Carmel and big Sur (closer accomodations absolutely over-prized). Nice Downtown of Hollister with plenty Restaurants and Bars only few Minutes drive away.

service/organization needs adjustement - checkin time is 3 pm; arrived at 3:30 and had to wait another 30 minutes till we're allowed to enter our room; room service didn't refill items, f.e. for coffee-mashine (no big deal - asked for it at receiption). Employees struggled keeping breakfast-buffet filled up because there's no system in what they're doing; Staff needs some coaching?

over all was good besides the cleaning

it was close to my work

we had requested our room be cleaned every day (4 nights). We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the front desk!! As a guest we shouldn’t have to be requesting the basic essentials.

Unsure if I will ever stay again.

We were greeted very well, all the staff was very nice and welcoming. beds, pillows were very comfy. Room has all the things one may need when traveling, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. we used the pool and it was a nice time, a little small but good for a family at a time.

I was told there would be a $100 hold on my CC, I don’t dispute this, although unnecessary. In any case the thing I did not appreciate was that they changed my CC 3 times that amount. The Hotel changed me two $100, and one $125, That is a $325 deposit!!! Not including the $225 I payed for a 1 day stay. This money still has not been out back on my card although we checked out earlier.
