Not great

The only clean thing was the bedding! The hot tub was filthy didn’t even get in it there was grime all up the side and the water definitely had not been changed in a while, and the place had the cheek to say that they would charge us if it was dirty

Location

The mould in bathroom, the damage to property, no iron there was loads of issues gas hob was broken I’ve emailed and tried to contact booking office but no response our reply to photos sent over email and messages

Very enjoyable and lots of places to visit.

No plastic washing up bowl and a very loose kitchen tap. Was told a bowl would be delivered, but it was not.

Basic - some nice features and little improvements would make it a really lovely place.

Location was great, the park was quiet. The caravan was spacious and meets basic needs (kettle fridge etc). We didn’t use the hot tub but this was only because of the weather, it’s a great addition, looked clean.

The toilets were very smelly on arrival and this got worse. Some of the caravan needs an update (large stain on cushion in seating area, rusty radiators, very wobbly kitchen tap). WiFi was very hit and miss. Despite previous feedback, there are still no curtains in either bedroom so by 4.30am we were up. Have you considered offering guests a welcome grocery pack? We would have paid a bit extra for this as we arrived late and had to find a shop.

Nice comfortable lodge in a great location. The lodge was clean and well equipped.

The parking are floods when it rains. The puddle is really deep and comes over your shoes when you get out of the car. Some damage/marks on furniture and carpets. Some difficulty getting a reply from the rental company regarding any issues we had
