The location was great as so near to sea front and lots of eating places, shops of all kinds and entertainment. (Just note for someone with a disability, although close to the beach front there is a short but steep hill to negotiate up and down.) The flat was very pleasant and comfortable to be in, well furnished and equipped to a good standard, with a full kitchen. The owners were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to queries/requests.
These are minor but just mentioned for the benefit of future customers, especially if staying more than a few days as we were. Some instruction on what to do with waste, recycling etc would be useful. A check some basics for cleaning are there: e.g. a dustpan & brush/broom, sponge/scourer to clean pans etc, dishwasher tabs (latter provided quickly when requested.)

We liked the location and the shower was great.
The bed looked like the sheets had not been changed, we found a small bloodstain on the duvet cover, and the cutlery in the drawer was dirty. The room smelled damp and musty.
