A great little nook out of town.

Well appointed to enable cooking and use as a base for excursions. Nice beds. Very helpful staff.

Had a good little kitchen with a self checkin which makes it easier when running late. Shower was also very good.

Access to apartment was unstable. Shower door not sealed correctley leading to excess water on floor.

Very good

It is an annexe of a larger property where the owners live. The owner/ vendor is immediately available via message if there are problems and very helpful and polite. The beds were immaculately made up and very comfortable. The capers soft and it had a cottage feel to it. The decor was very homely and cosy. Internet/TV was easy to use. And the showers were excellent. It was clean throughout.

Be aware that it provides a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. Just one hot plate and a microwave that also functions as an oven. There is very little space to store food. But it does have a washing machine which is useful for families. The table for eating meals is in one bedroom.

The cottage was sweet. Had the essentials including additional heating in the form of an electric fan heater. Breakfast (extra charge) was varied.

Was not met by anyone. No one on reception. Too far from town which is c45 mins walk. Saturday: When booking i was given the details of a cab driver to contact. Long story short, on arrival we called, he agreed to pick us up, but was an hour late. He then had a mini tantrum because his handhelp payment device couldn't pick up a single and we didn't have cash! Sunday: Cabs were not an option as none of them seemed to work on Sundays, hence the 45 min walk!

V comfortable, small but good kitchen area, bit of traffic noise.

Pussy cat welcome. Showed up as we opened keysafe and seemed to know his way around. V cute.

Water pumps noise from adjoining room leaks thru. If u r there during week expect traffic noise at peak times. Hosts provide earplugs if you need them. Otherwise v nice and comfortable.

the room was amazing - facilities outstanding - little extra touches made all the difference. very quiet but in a really good location. Lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the sunshine. BBQ facilities. Bed comfortable and lovely shower. Lots of fluffy towels - cant wait to return

Just what was needed for a one night cisy break

cosy and clean room with room to relax in a sperate room too. Lovely breakfast provided (because of covid) in a cool box with nice fresh produce. Nice location for eating out with nice local restaurants and pubs Only 15 mins from Bournemouth

Fantastic and would recommend to others. Value for money.

The room was lovely and cosy and was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice beds and very clean and tidy and would definately go back. The only downside was the poor or no reception in room but this was corrected when we rang the the owner who kindly re-booted the wi-fi so happy in the end.

More information about what was in the area like leaflets about places to visit. But there was a folder telling of restaurants in the area. Also would have been nice to meet the owners.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are exploring New Forest!

We absolutely loved the breakfast, the setting, the layout, the facilities, the little details and the home comforts. Excellent accommodation. We would go back there. It is a lovely location too and you feel very secure and comfortable in the studios. The hosts made extra additional arrangements for my party as we had my mother with myself and my children. This made our stay even more perfect and we felt that we had everything we could possibly have asked for.

It was quite warm when we arrived and it's probably just personal preference but we did open some windows to cool it down a little bit. But I had to think hard to find anything to say here!

Very pleasant stay

Location was perfect for the Go Ape in Moors Valley. Very quiet even though it was near a busy road. Ample cooking facilities if you don’t want to go out. Bed was very comfortable and property was clean. Owners always replied to my emails very quickly.

Beautiful little lodge, well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend

Lovely big airy room, nicely decorated and accessorised. Well equipped kitchenette with milk in fridge. Nice and clean and comfortable. Loved the little breakfast hamper left at the front door. Warm pastries and enough food to make our lunch with too! Easy off road parking

Hadn't read my e-mails about self check-in as we'd been away for a week beforehand so struggled to get access. Thankfully, on the off chance there was someone around to help. Internet very poor

Quiet place, well organised but room may be small side

We only stayed a night so we didn't use the Kitchen facilities (+washing machine) but it would be handy for long stay.

Room was a bit small side but luckily we were given another spare room through the corridor kitchen area so wasn't too bad. However, we couldn't open the curtains as both rooms were too close to the next room or communal garden access path.

Well presented, very clean overnight stay.

The room was very clean including bed coverings and towels and was well presented.

For £15 for two we were expecting a little more for breakfast but the warm pastries were a nice touch. The stay was a little on the pricier side, as the same cost in a hotel would include full breakfast.

Superb little B&B. I will definitely be visiting again.

The whole set up was excellent. The instructions before arriving were very clear, and it was a non-contact arrival, so very safe. The room was exceptional - perfect for business, very clean, nice and secluded and had all the facilities you needed. Breakfast was fantastic too, especially after requesting gluten free. Lots to choose from and all very tasty.
