Очень хорошее расположение. Район Коньялты - один из наиболее удобных: радом замечательный пляж, в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе. Тихий и очень уютный район.
Номер двухуровневый и очень просторный, три независимых комнаты, балкон. В номере есть все необходимое. Очень удобные кровати, в меру жесткие. Мы отлично высыпались.
Очень приятный и отзывчивый хозяин. Все вопросы решает быстро и доброжелательно.
Горячая вода есть только в душе. В кухне и в ванной комнате приходится умываться холодной водой или греть.

Mr Spartacus can speak English, it is a big help.
The property has a good location, near to the beach 10 minutes for walking, near to the BIM 3 minutes, SOK 3 minutes, A101 7 minutes, near to the lots of restaurant.
Facilities are enough for seven people.
Mr Spartacus sent all the addresses that we needed. He answered to all messages very quickly without any hesitation. He gave us some wonderful gifts because of the New Year, we were surprised.
He sent us the news about the fireworks for the New Year. Thanks for everything. We enjoyed a lot.

L emplacement et l appartement. L accès a la piscine balcon avec étendoir. Équipement de base. Réactivité de l hote
Quelques cafards dans les sanitaires peu de pression dans la douche
Pas d eau chaude pour la vaisselle.
Nous étions 7 personnes il n.y avait que 6 couvert et pas de passoire digne de ce nom

Чистота, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в квартире просторно, уютно, в всех комнатах работают кондиционеры, вся техника рабочая, кровати удобные, есть милый балкон. Бассейн, который регулярно чистят.
Спокойный район, соседи друг другу не мешают и возникает ощущение, что вы отдыхаете одни. Рядом магазины, кафе, море. Елена всегда на связи, готова прийти на помощь, посоветовать, при необходимости.
