Great place!

Very spacious, modern living room furniture was very comfy. Very pet friendly. Bedrooms/living room cute beach decor. Staff were very friendly and host responded quickly to questions. Right across from the dock and you can bring your own boats. Excellent value with great intermediate location to be near Camp Lejeune, beach, and still have waterfront fun right out your door. Definitely would stay again and are considering a longer vacation here next summer.

Kitchen furniture is dated (but maybe that's part of the fun), counters/cabinets old but functional, could use a few more dishes but we made do. A couple of the older dressers in bedroom had an odor (didn't want to put clothes in them) but newer ones were fine.

We were very disappointed with this property. We have stayed in many rentals and this is at the top of our list as the

the location isn’t bad except it’s basically in a run down camping area

the inside of the property is VERY outdated, however not an excuse for simple cleanliness. Please see photo’s for reference. The beds are very small, the kitchen and bathrooms haven’t had any care in many years. We had a lot of rain and in the middle of the night the water came in around the the windows and ran all over the floor (which explains why the floor has a lot of soft spots in it). The floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes the entire stay. The worst part was the shower curtain COVERED in filthy black YUCK and it had not been replaced in months. we had to go get a clean one before anyone could shower. The second bathroom is hardly useable, one for the fact that only a small adult can get into it and second the floor is about to give out… then there were the bugs. Enough said, we travel often and would never recommend this unit to anyone.
