1. Similar to other hotels within Dormy Inn group, there're ice bars, ice cream bar and ice cream sandwich available after onsen. A great service.
2. Welcome drinks and noodle for supper are also good.
3. Helpful staff. Received email from JR for cancellation of booked train. Went to front desk to seek advice at night. At that moment, both male and female staff didn't speak English. But the female staff got an off duty young male staff to help. He checked for alternatives, including bus/coach availability and advised us to go to the terminus next am to buy tickets for Shinjuku (that what I did). Thanks!
Guests need to take off shores when enter Hotel. There's nothing wrong, though I'm not used to it. As an old guy, it took me some time to do so.

Fantastic breakfast
Not at all a family place with a child. Rooms are super small and no extra futon provided (no space to put it really)
