The proprietor, Nick, was an absolute jewel. He couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. He let us store a couple of bags for 10 days while we walked the Dales Way. He washed a load of clothes for us when we came off the trail because we were desperate for clean ones. He even helped a lost couple very late one night by walking them several blocks to their accommodation. He’s just a really good guy!

The breakfast tasted lovely although limited choice.
