The location close to the center of merida is amazing. The room was clean and got cleaned daily
There were more things broken. On arrival both showers weren’t working. One got fixed the same day but the other one stayed broken, although they said to fix it. Also there was no towel for drying your hand at the sink which we missed.

The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the hotel's charming colonial-style architecture, which gave it a unique and welcoming atmosphere, the room was also very clean
The room was quite small, and the view was just the wall of the neighboring building. The bed was also a bit too narrow for two people, which made it less comfortable.

La ubicación del hotel, las instalaciones y el diseño son muy bonitos. Tiene una alberca pequeña.
No vi que tuvieran elevador por lo que si vas con varias maletas tienes que subir y bajar por ellas. El estacionamiento cuenta con unos 5 o 6 lugares disponibles, que si están en la propiedad

Great location, inside parking, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff
The place needs some urgent maintenance, room doors do not properly shut, water does not fully flow through the shower head, the mirror cut my gf’s finger, lack of towels that can be brought outside of the hotel for cenotes use, some rooms do not have windows
