Very clean and well-cared-for apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the massage chair was a bonus! Great views of the mountains from the balcony, and a great location for the lake.
ACs would make the place perfect for a period of really hot weather.

The apartment was flexible and easy to get to and a big plus was that it had parking.
The city center of Annecy is about 20 minutes walk and it is also close to the lake shore.
Shops, cafes are a few minutes walk away.
We were satisfied.

Für eine Stadtwohnung sehr ruhige Lage. Liegt sehr zentral, direkt fußläufig zum See und Stadtmitte.
Im Hof eigene Parkplätze. In der Gegend gibt es viele Erlebnismöglichkeiten, bestens für Familie mit Kindern geeignet.

Emplacement de l’appartement, propreté, calme, grand appartement.
Service client nul ! Heureusement que la barrière du parking est restée ouverte les 2 derniers jours sinon la voiture serait restée coincée sur le parking. La télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Même après un soit disant passage d’un technicien qui devait passer le premier jour mais qu’on a attendu toute la soirée … aucun appel rien. La vaisselle est certainement plus vieille que la ville. « Couverts enfants » il s’agit de 3 petites cuillères et une fourchette pour enfant.
