The breakfast is good. The location is too.
Instead of the requested room with two beds, I was given a room with one bed. It was noisy in the courtyard. I had specifically requested a quiet room with two beds during our correspondence, but this request was not honored. The mistake was rectified the following day, but the first night was unpleasant.
Otherwise, the staff were polite and professional.

Location, cleanliness and the hotel staff. the rooms were decent, smaller though compared to the standards. but most of the amenities were available.
Breakfast spread could have been much better. when the hotel welcomes travellers and guest across the globe, they should ensure that menu caters to the pallets. some of the items are not consumed by guests and then the options become very less. An area of improvement for sure.

Breakfast was good, location great, staff very courteous and helpful, rooms much better than bigger HI we stayed at in Tbilisi.
What is the point of staying anywhere nowadays without internet, I have to work at least an hour a day, no matter how good a hotel is nowadays, without internet it is hopeless and the worst hotel!
