We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience with the hotel, staff, and surroundings. Value for the price was excellent — we got a free room upgrade with beautiful views of Sameba Cathedral and the city. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got fresh water bottles every day. Even though it's not a large hotel, breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the staff serving it were also very friendly. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the city, a great atmosphere, and delicious food.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. The staff is very nice. I would like to commend the driver David who picked us up from the airport to the hotel. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel is also very good.
The hotel is located at the edge of the hill far from the center. You have to take a taxi or climb everywhere. It's a bit inconvenient. In addition, I paid for a room with a mountain view and got a room without a view that overlooked the garbage can, so the curtain was unfortunately closed the whole vacation. According to the staff, the hotel was full and they couldn't find me another room.

It has a nice restaurant on the rooftop, I liked the dinner and the view was incredible. It’s open to the public and I had dinner here on a different occasion.
I made the reservation for a friend/valued client and I had paid online, and advised check in time of 2:30 am. Unfortunately they left him waiting outside for a long time and then told him the reservation was cancelled or invalid and he had to go find other accommodation late at night. I called the hotel next day and it sounded like they had Overbooking’s due to not using a proper channel manager from what I could gather, as this is a standard software for hotels. Also it’s not within booking policy for Overbooking’s and the hotel should have contacted us and organised alternative accommodation. I called booking support and a refund was issued.
