Very good instructions for the property and how to access the keys and parking. Our swipe card didnt work and reception was hesitant to reactivate it, even though the instructions said to see them if it wasnt active.
The car park is an average size car park but it is sideways up against a wall, and there is a door behind it so you need to make sure you dont go over the line to impact the door access. I have a small car and it was ok but be aware of this if your car is any bigger than a Rav 4. I think the property should mention this when advertising the car park or at least mention it when you book so you can seek alternate arrangements.

No plugs next to bed, no ceiling fans, no bathroom extractor fans, noisy due to pub down stairs

the instructions for the lock box was vague we couldn't find the lock box, although it was an Oaks apartment we asked Oak staff for assistance and they would not help with where we could find the lock box, store our bagage as it was not booked through them and so there was no assistance only we seen a cleaner and was able to obtain the key
clear instructions for how to collect the key would have helped seeing it was the weekend
