We like everything! Location is just few minutes walk to the jetty. Secured, clean and very comfortable unit. The host is responsive. Towels are provided. Well equipped kitchen. The unit smells nice when we arrived. Fast nbn wifi. However, the tv’s remote control needs fixing and the tv on the lounge room seems to have a hiccup every now and then when watching youtube or netflix. But those are just minor issues. We love that they have a washing machine, dryer and a vacuum. Our favourite thing on this unit are the two bathrooms :) We will book again in the future

Yes the key and fob were in the lockbox. The size of the apartment was larger than expected and was lovely to have separate bathrooms as well as separate bedrooms.

However for 4 adults only 1 physical key was supplied to get into and lock the apartment. Made this very difficult for anyone to come and go independently. TV in master bedroom didnt have ability to access all free to air tv channels. The shower rose sprays water in all directions and out of the connection aswell as the rose itself. Made for an unpleasant showering experience, it was also old and worn. The location, during the evening and wee hours of the night/morning, loud traffic and people noise was experienced waking us up constantly.
