A lovely comfortable cottage well located in a beautiful Cotswold village.

Lovely cottage. Good location in the village.

Good off street parking slot but tricky to get in and out. I banged my head on the low beams a couple of times but soon learnt where to duck.

Doesn’t have an inside table to sit and have breakfast or dinner if the weather isn’t great to sit outside.

Happy with everything (just a little tweak requiref)

Loved the village..house was cosy and comfy..villagers and neighbours welcoming. Parking and dog friendly super helpful. Thank you for welcome basket..wonderful..!!

My second stay and I must say kitchen floor was not clean and counter and window cill had crumbs and dust. Only one tea towel. Need some sort of shower caddy in the shower for shampoo and shower gel etc. Fitted sheets did not fit on either bed. The keys were left on the front door and it was left open..!!

Lovely picturesque cottage.

Beautiful little cottage so close to Painswick Main Street (few mins walk). The owners/staff were very helpful in advance and let us have early check-in whilst cleaning continued due to us attending a wedding and also catered for my dairy intolerance by providing oat milk! The cottage was very clean, the bed was comfy and the heating was very good - the cottage became lovely and warm pretty quickly after heating being turned on.

It would have been nice if bread / biscuits / crisps or something similar were provided as you often expect in similar properties where there is a fully functioning self catering kitchen.This of course wasn’t a huge issue, it was just as we didn’t have a car and the only walkable shop is Premier which doesn’t stock a huge amount (though does have bread!). I hadn’t realised that the bathroom is downstairs which isn’t the most ideal if you go to the ticket during the night! (There is a small bath in the main bedroom). No shower gel / shampoo provided, but there was a bath soak.

Painswick it a lovely village, very well located to explore the surrounding area.

the location was wonderful

We had to ask for a number of items had not been delivered before our stay. The cottage was cold on arrival with no instructions on how to get the boiler going. I figured it out but info would have been helpful.

The cutest, most comfortable and quintessentially British cottage you could find!

The cottage: Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend and it was the most lovely stay! A gorgeous and charming cottage! Every room was tastefully renovated, and the cottage itself is beautifully located, cuddled in the outskirts of the village with only a 5 min walk to every restaurant etc. On that walk you pass by beautiful, rolling Cotswolds hills and nature - very quintessentially British! All the stuff you are used to at home, like hair dryer, ironing board, smart TV or equipment in the kitchen was there. Even nicely branded shampoo and shower gel! The hosts: Super friendly and informative hosts that made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our visit, and made sure to look up on a few extra questions we had. Just great! Highly recommend!

I liked everything, just a thought: the location/ coordinates leading to the house is a bit off (by about 200 metres) so we had to ask around a bit in the neighbourhood for the exact location. It might be helpful to future guests to share a dropped needle link on Google maps! However, we had a fun time finding it, chatting to the neighbours - almost like a scavenger hunt :-).

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mulberry! The location was perfect, the cottage super comfortable and cosy, and the hosts very welcoming. We will definitely be back!
