The condo has two flat panel televisions for ultimate entertainment enjoyment (DIRECTV) and a DVD in the living room. The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Everything was good except: stains on matress, no matress pad. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower didn't have enough pressure. I
