About this condo rental

Situated in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $138 per night is a great option for your next break. A very spacious third floor condo with an easy walk to the elevator located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper sofa. There are three flat panel televisions and three DVD payers in the condo to enjoy. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use free of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will love our condo as much as we do. We would love to invite you to stay!

The property was fantastic, well furnished, clean, and smelled great. It had some nice updates, and new sofas since we rented a couple months ago. We loved all the daylight, since it was an end unit. The lights on the balcony were really cool at night. They had a remote and the color could be changed. We hope to rent again next year.

Fabulous decor, clean, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean with new plush towels. The balcony slider did not work at all and could not utilize the balcony which was a real disappointment as the weather was fine! Also the air handler closet and filter in the mini suite bath closet was in severe need of replacement with abundant dust which did adversely impact my allergies.

Started off with a glitch but resolved it quickly. The rental was really nice. Plenty of room for the four of us close to beach which we enjoyed everyday. Very comfy beds and nice little patio which is screened in. It had a great view of the golf course. We all had a great time Lisa was quick to answer any questions. Would recommend

The property is a short drive from the Sunset Beach pier. The property is well-maintained and equipped The host is super responsive which is important to a somewhat disorganized guest. :-)

My daughters and I loved the condo! It was clean and very spacious! It's close to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family. Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. We rented the condo because my husbands parents live in Sea Trail, but they are older and it’s getting harder to entertain. Especially, with small great grand children. I will say the only negative was the people who were below us complained of noise. So I’m going to assume if you have small children running around during the day, all were in bed by 7:30pm, it may not be ideal. The pool wasn’t that great but we had access to the Maples which has more shade and is more family friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit. If there was just one problem for me it was how hard of a time I had getting off the low couches. I was however glad to take my dog with me and she enjoyed it as well except for the elevator. Would recommend this unit it was very nice and easy communicating with the owner.

It was perfect for what we wanted! We had a large family vacation with most of the family in our house on the beach. We used the condo for overflow! It was clear and comfortable and the host was very nice!

Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had wonderful few days of rest and beach time. It is conveniently located close to the Sunset beach and also Ocean Isle beach. Grocery story and restaurants minutes away. Place was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, very quiet and safe. And there is an elevator!!! :) Kitchen well equipped. I brought my pots and pans because had a painful lesson before, but it was not needed. You will find everything you need to make a meal if you want to. Our 2 chihuahua girls also found this place great for them, and plenty of grassy areas to go for little walks. We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at Sunset for 50 years, and this condo was among the best in the Champions area. Everything was extremely clean, well-equipped, and appointed nicely. The layout was perfect to have family visit. Very peaceful environment, especially for coffee in the am to wine time in the evening on the porch. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our week vacation at this lovely condo. Everything is so clean and nicely decorated. One of my favorite things are the floors-no carpet, major plus. We love the location of this property!! So close to Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Ocean Isle. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back for another stay soon!!

This unit at Sunset Trails is updated, very clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the passes to two pools in the neighborhood after mornings at the beach and sitting on the screened in balcony porch that overlooks the golf course. It was perfect for us.

We had a great stay here and would definitely return! The location was super close to Sunset Beach, with the bridge to the island right outside the neighborhood entrance. Also near to OIB and restaurants including those near SC border. We liked the privacy and natural light of the top floor end unit, and never heard neighbors. The golf view was nice, and balcony perfect for an evening wine down. The second bedroom is a "lockoff" mini suite so it worked well for kids naps while we enjoyed streaming shows in the living room on the smart tv. Two full fridges and freezers was nice. Everything was bright, clean, beachy, and comfortable inside, and shower stayed warm with good pressure. Communication was fast when the unit number was missing on check-in instructions. The only minor gripes were that there were no paper towels or spare trash bags, when I thought there would at least be a starter set. There were also lots of dead insects in the outside hallways, but thankfully none inside. Overall we will look here next time we are in town. Great place for our family to meet up.

Just got home from a 5 night stay and looking at dates to return. Everything was great! Communication with Lisa was awesome. Location was surprisingly closer to the beach than I thought. Seemed like only a 4-minute drive. I haven't golfed in a long time, but wanted to after waking up every morning and watching everyone enjoy a round from our 3 story balcony. LOVE having access to an elevator. We even braved the cooler waters of the pool...not too bad and a beautiful area. The grilling area was nice and we ended up using the Webber one night for some chicken and burgers. My only recommendation is to change the light bulbs to a warm bulb OR add some dimmers. Possibly add some strip lights to under the breakfast bar or above the cabinets. I Love the lights on the balcony. In fairness though I do stage lighting for bands :-) We will be back!!!!!
