Our condo, in the Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail Golf Resort, has 2BD & 2BA overlooking the 16th green of the Willard Byrd golf course of Sea Trail's three signature golf courses. The condo has a main villa & connected mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions. This is a 3rd floor unit with elevator access. The pool across from the building is now open for the season and there is no fee to use it. There is an additional facility on site at the nearby Resort Activity Center that has an outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, and fitness center for a separate fee. The Villa has a private bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bathroom. 2 flat screen TVs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Iron & Ironing board provided as well. The adjoining mini-suite. Includes 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table for 2, sitting area, flat screen TV and work station. Enjoy your morning coffee or toast to a perfect sunset on the all season private porch overlooking the 16th Green. Non-smoking unit. Privately rented by owner. We have stayed in this unit before. We love the 2 bedroom condo. The second bedroom is a suite with a sofa, table and chairs, fridge etc. The beds are all queen sized. This worked great for our adult sons. This building has an elevator which makes it so easy to bring everything up to the third floor. We love the Activity Center and used the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and the restaurant. We also used the pool and kiddie pool across the parking lot. Our 2 year old grandson was in another unit across the way so it was great to have this option. And this pool is open until 9 pm so great for after dinner. This is a lovely unit and very quiet. We hope to return again. Communication was great and we did not have any issues during our stay.

This condo was beautiful and in wonderful shape. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that people with families or not familiar with the area had whatever they needed. The on-site manager responded right away when there was a minor issue.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 days while visiting with family who live in the area. It was a perfect location for that, and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this unit was! So comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room. We had family over one evening for dinner, another day our 4 grandkids took advantage of the pool. We will definitely return!

We were looking for a place to stay for just a few days leading up to our son’s wedding and this was perfect! Being on the top floor was nice for us, we were able to watch the golfers from the screened porch as we had our morning coffee. Everything was clean and organized. Couch is very comfortable! The separate mini suite is a great setup. Communication with the host was easy and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Location is great. Definitely recommend!

This property is just as advertised and more. Superbly maintained, clean and welcoming. A home away from home. Well equipped and easy to communicate with the propriety manager. This is at least my third if not fourth stay here - I would return in a heartbeat.

We were so very please when we got to the condo. It was super clean and fresh. Also the condo was very comfortable . lots of extras in the 2 kitchens. Beds were comfortable. Pool was right across from the condo.. we were 5minutes from the beach. Just a beautiful place and so glad I found it

Great property; clean and everything worked! Well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. I would highly recommend this condo. I would suggest spending the $ for the activity center pool although there is nothing basically wrong with the one nearest the condo. It's just a bit small and probably a little less maintained, IMHO.
