Fantastic location. Close to station and centre of town. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Fantastic contact / communication with property.
Door handle to the outside was broken (handle had fallen off at one point) when we arrived but was fixed the next day once property was notified. This was the building owners responsibility though.

Location perfect for traveling by train. It is located right in front of train station.
Also perfect for bus. Some of major bus lines are right in front of the building door.
The host was helpful with helping figure out A/C and other matters. Also helped to send some personal belongings to our origin address after they were accidentally left at the apartment. Thaks for that!
There were no check-in instructions sent before arrival.
The room was not cleaned and prepared even when arrived around 15:30.
There is no closet or shelves and not even hangers where to place clothes. So you have to keep all your clothes on the floor or on sofa bed if there is no body sleeping. For one week stay very uncomfortable.
For 130€ a night guests deserve atleast real cups for coffee instead of the provided cheap plastics.
