The room is very nice and cozy. Matilde is extremely attentive and very kind. The room is located just one block from the train station, making it perfect for visiting the villages of Cinque Terre. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

離車站很近，搭車去五漁村很方便，到主要的逛街街道也很近，去Portovenere的公車也很近，室內裝潢很有特色，看得出來房東是藝術的喜好者！
這房間有西曬，雖然房東也有裝冷氣，但建議在房間也加裝一台。

Le contact facile(par message) avec la propriétaire qui parle Français, qui réagit très vite aux messages et donne également des conseils et des restos sympas pour votre séjour. La propreté du logement et sa luminosité.
Très intéressant également le fait que le logement soit très proche de la gare de La Spezia...donc très facile si comme nous, vous arrivez de l'aéroport de Pise avec vos bagages et que par après vous devez prendre le train pour visiter les différents villages des "Cinque Terre".
