I don't know why this place would have negative reviews as we've loved it. We stayed in multiple types of rooms during our stay, from the hillside double rooms to the seafront family rooms and they've all been great: spotlessly clean, very spacious, stunning views, often with early check in available. Depending on the room, you always get a surprising extra like a desk for working, a hammock or a big balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is superb - either tucked away up the hill or right in front of the beach. Would highly recommend.

Location great right overlooking sea and beach. Owner and daughter were very kind and helpful.
Restaurant was closed while I was there but room as very cheap so that’s possibly why.

Location was ok within easy reach of the popular areas on Koh Phangan.
The bungalow itself and the surroundings were not especially charming, however, everything worked fine in the bungalow and the bed was good.
I think it was overpriced - at least when booking through Booking. com
A bit noisy because of the neighbouring property.
