I loved it here. Beautiful gardens and very well kept. Staff very friendly and warm. Pool & beach both great for relaxing. Close to lots of restaurants, massage, shops, etc.

A tiny thing is the balconies don’t really have a separation so they lack a bit of privacy, we didn’t mind very much

Great pool
Good location, pretty close to great restaurants. near the sea (srithanu&zen beach)
The courtyard of the room is nice with a nice hammock.
No hot water in the shower
The room is very old and not well maintained.
The bed isn't comfortable.
The room is not sealed enough, which creates the entry of many insects.
