Superb

We enjoyed our stay at TropiCoco. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, more or less central for the west coast. There is a 7-11 next door, and the Thai street food restaurant across the street was delicious!

We were in Coco 3, which is right next to the street. The French restaurant across the street played REALLY loud music with a strong bass beat until midnight on three of the four nights, so I would recommend staying in a room that is further away from the street. Also, the duvet was too small for the bed, barely covering it.

Absolutely perfect. 100/10.

I could not recommend this property enough!! My partner and I have travelled as a couple throughout many European cities and Thailand and this is by far been our favourite!! We originally booked to stay only 3 nights but extended our stay for 1 week. The rooms are gorgeous, we were lucky enough to be given one with a sea view. They are kept so clean with fresh bedding and towels. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is gorgeous, there isn’t a lot of sea to swim in with the tide being out so the pool was used every day by us and it was always enjoyable. The food sold at the restaurant is outstanding, so many flavours and options of food. The staff and waiters are so friendly and made us feel so at ease and comfortable. We are 100% going to stay here again and it was so refreshing to stay at such a well kept gorgeous resort.

Very nice looking hotel surrounded by beautifull gardens. Spacecious swimming pool with view on the beach, sea and the bar. The beach had umbrellas and beds available. During happy hour you could easily enjoy the sunset.

We loved everything at TropiCoco. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful from the start and helped us with scooter rental, a lot of recommendations on what to visit and where to eat and ferry tickets. The room was big and clean. The property is very lively, nicely decorated, with lots of plants, as well as the pool and restaurant area. Food is also good, though a bit pricey, but not exaggerated. The property is right on the beach, which is a sandy beach with shallow water. I imagine this beach is not visited by people other than those staying there, so it is nice and quiet. Also there is a 7/11 next to the property.

Best place to recover after traveling

Loved it, great place for a nice chilled time at the end of the trip. We spent 48 hours there not leaving the resort to recover after travels. Clean and spacious room, nice pool, lovely beach, amazing restaurant and staff, plus a 10% discount for guests. Opposite it, the best cafe on the island, Bubba Cafe, and about 10 min away a cool drinks/music bar.

The location is just great, the restaurant is wonderful and offers good food and atmosphere. the resorts facilities are great (the swimming pool, the pool tables and the restaurant), the staff is very helpful and kind.

The room felt a little too small and the design is lacking the style you meet everywhere else on the resort. there was no tv and it was generally minimalistic

Perfekt stay

The Staff was very nice. The Bungalow was even better and bigger than the pictures online show. It has an AC, 2 fans and a big bathroom. The Location is very quiet and at the beautiful Haad Yao. Next to the resort there are several scooter rentals. And a 7-Eleven is Just 10 meters away from the reception. There is also a nice restaurant, where you can eat thai food and European Food as well. Here i ate the best Pizza in Thailand (Seafood) for around 10 Euros. Some cheap Thai Restaurants are in walking distance. It was a very nice stay and I can highly recommend it. Also there was a very sweet little Cat, which visited us every morning and often slept many hours on our terrace. You can Play table Tennis, Billard and much more

At the end there were many loud children, which was a little annoying. But still okay.

Excellent resort with tasty food, friendly staff and right on a beautiful beach!

I loved my stay at TropiCoco Beach Resort. The staff across the reception, bar and restaurant are all extremely friendly and well organised. The restaurant has an extensive menu and I particularly loved the salads and seafood. The room was a dream to sleep in and the location is also ideal being so close to the beach, scooter rental and a 7/11 supermarket.

There are two menus presented at the restaurant and this leads to some inconsistency with the dishes. For example, the Caesar salad from the Italian restaurant was very poor but the salads from the TropiCoco Resort were much better. This is a minor issue though and overall I loved my stay.

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and balcony are so clean. The Resort has a private access to the beach.

An amazing resort and location, but even better staff!

An amazing resort and location, but even better staff! Pedro, Emdy and Sai made our stay unforgettable. We loved every moment of staying at this resort and will certainly be looking to book it again in the future! The location is great with private access to Haad Yao beach, you can easily watch the sunset every single day. The food at the restaurant cooked by in house chefs is absolutely brilliant, with resort residents having a 10% discount on the total bill. A family friendly location with several room options from doubles, twins to standalone bungalows. I'd highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to stay on Koh Phangan.

Our room had issues with the shower and hot water, it would take upwards of 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive. This wasn't a large issue as we enjoyed cold showers to cool off despite visiting in low season Koh Phangan can be very temperate!

great location , beach and restaurant in addition the whole hotel people were very nice and assist with any question / clarification

rooms are very basic and must be renovated ' still it is very basic hotel hence dont expect more especially as the price is very low pool must be cleaned and water must be replace more frequently

Amazing resort, amazing staff, wonderful location straight on the beach. Wide selection of tasty food on the menu and drinks at the bar!

Having to say goodbye and leaving was the only down side! 😉
