The location is the best in the area with an amazing view. There are many rooms to choose from so it is best to speak directly to reception to arrange this. The staff are very helpful and if you are respectful and polite, you will have an excellent experience. There is a small supermarket, motorbike hire and massage. Daily breakfast was also included which helped save money but also a nice restaurant to order drinks and dinner to watch the sunset. I love this place!

Beds very un-comfortable.
Also staff kept changing taxi price.
On the 1st May 9 pm charged us for 6 people to Thongsala far end towards Haad Rin 1000 baht.
When we asked on the 3rd May 11 am said 1800 baht to the very port which was nearer.
We eventually agreed on 1200 baht. When i mentioned to the guy at reception it should be 1000 baht. He laughed at me to my face saying its only 200 baht extra. And I said thats not the point.
I feel they are scamming. This has left a sour taste in our mouths. Please be careful

lovely view from the pool/restaurant, amazing sunsets with comfortable lounge area
room smelled very damp as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom. AC didn’t work properly and was barely blowing (buttons weren’t working properly either) so the room was super stuffy
