Great location just off the beach. Lots of fans which helped during the heatwave. Left two items of clothing which were posted back to us without cost. A very nice gesture.
Breakfast outside on the patio. Good WiFi.
Maybe a lick of paint in communal areas but I'm being picky.

Everything was amazing. The two negatives were, cups and plates hard to get to when you are vertically challenge and the downstairs bathroom was stunning in every way apart form the peeling paint above the sink. Just tile it.

Everything was amazing! The property was lovely, spotlessly maintained, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch❤️. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus for our group of six. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local pubs. Everyone in our group had a fantastic stay, and we would happily return.Thank you!!!

Location good and style of house nice and a comfy lounge. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples.
Well equipped kitchen.
Minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed but would make such a difference to guest satisfaction.
Leaking shower upstairs and mouldy smell. Mouldy grout.
Blind in top front bedroom has no cord and you have to pull down with hand.
Downstairs bedroom curtain rail loose and and moves when you pull curtains. Bedside lightshade is loose and rickety.
No splashback to sink in downstairs bathroom causing peeling of paint.
Dirty windows throughout we cleaned kitchen window as all grimy.
Garden nice but area needs tidying weeding.
Despite these issues our stay was pleasant.
