Closeness to Troyes beautiful town centre (easy walk in 20mins) and nearby shops and take-aways. Aldi store directly opposite but closes at 8pm. Free car parking behind the building. Beautiful views from the windows and balcony. Good price. Good, clean facilities - kitchen, plates, cutlery and glasses, fridge, microwave and more. Spacious, pleasant lounge/dining area and good size shower room too.
When we first arrived at the address I thought we had made a big mistake. The apartment is at the top of a block of flats shared with local residents and is dirty looking on the outside. The entry area smelled musty and the elevator was very small and also smelled. The entry system to the apartment was very confusing at first so make sure you read the instructions thoroughly or you will also be confused! Thomas was very helpful and explained the process to me via Whatsapp. However, once inside the apartment we were very surprised and relieved that it was very nice! When we booked, it was not very clear that the dining area, balcony, kitchen, shower room and other facilities are shared with the other guests. We had gone to bed and woke to the sound of a key in the door and a light appeared outside our bedroom! However, the other guests were very pleasant and quiet so no problem. Just be aware of this when you book! I was not comfortable with the toilet being close to the kitchen and dining area so had to choose the right moment but I guess the layout only allows it to be here.

Appartment is refurbished with taste
I was not expecting it to be in a large block of flats but it was fine

Logement très grand, vue très belle. Parfait pour une nuit. Bien situé proche du centre ville.
Mérite un petit coup de neuf, manque un petit coup de propreté.
