The location was excellent

In room dining was a bit slow

The location was perfect.

There were little flying bugs in the room. That was not pleasant.

1.Great location. 2. Spacious clean modern room with sunny terrace. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Nice top roof pool-bar. 5. Professional staff, good hotel services.

1. I was expecting to check-in an hour before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, the room was not ready at check-in time and had to wait for 30 more min. this was handle with an extra welcome drink. 2. Getting kicked-out at 19h15 by surprise of the pool-bar normally closing at 21h00, due to a private party. Fine with me if the hotel wants to privatize the facility, but it should be clearly announced at check-in and a day before in the room, so we can re-schedule the evening. 3. The pool transforming into "Aqualand" with 8-year-old kids monopolizing the area (shooting at your cocktails with water guns and throwing balls at your 16 euros glass). Thanks to the staff for trying to resonate the parents. Perhaps avoiding the use of water toys in the pool would help. Another idea would be to define as a hotel rule, a specific time of the day for the kids to have fun at the pool.

Great location beautiful room super confortable

Too many party people at the time of my stay, not so good for kids to be honest. The consierge is useless, her answer to everything was I know the same that you know. I cannot get reservations anywhere. Just incredible
