From the moment we arrived, this hotel set a standard that is incredibly hard to match. What truly makes it exceptional is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond, not in a scripted or rehearsed way, but with genuine warmth and an almost uncanny ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team made it feel less like a stay and more like a carefully curated experience. They arranged reservations at some truly outstanding restaurants, places we would never have discovered on our own, and each recommendation turned out to be unforgettable. It felt like having a dedicated concierge who knew exactly how to elevate every moment.
The service throughout was flawless, attentive without ever being intrusive, thoughtful without being over the top. Small details such as perfect timing, personal touches, and sincere kindness made all the difference. By the end of our stay, we did not just feel like guests, we felt genuinely cared for.
This anniversary will always stand out as one of our most special, and this hotel played a huge part in that. It is rare to find a place that delivers at this level across every aspect, and rarer still to leave already certain you will return.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year.
