it’s location & amazing views .
very good size apartment .
Will be nice to have a proper floor towel in the bathroom & extra toilet rolls .
we saw cockroaches in the kitchen counter top & bathroom .. housekeeping needs to be more diligent in keeping the place clean .

The Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal with the twin towers just across the street. The host was very helpful & accomodating.
I highly recommend Hotel Tropicana and would happily stay again.

Close to the Petonas Towers, KLCC, underground railway. Spacious apartment.
It is basically not a hotel but a serviced apartment. Poorly maintained, signs of wear and tear, bed smell in the kitchen, signs of dirt mold and fungus. A/C didn't work properly (on half- power) at the bedroom. There is no reception and practically no cleaning service.
