No coffee until 8am. Bad mattresses.

Water pressure was great in the shower.

Noisy! All night. Right next to where the city busses are warming up at 6am. You wake up to noise and your body broken from the decrepit mattress, just to find out there is NO COFFEE available on the property until 8AM! We chose this place from the great reviews. All I can figure is their friends wrote the reviews. Heading out on the road feeling beat up and exhausted.

A Must Stay In Pendleton!!

What didn’t I like about this property?!? This updated motel was the perfect stop!!!! The pool area was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautifully done and perfectly cleaned!!!!

Cute place with great location.

Really cute place to stay close to downtown. We were able to walk to Hamleys for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower was super tiny! We struggled a bit trying to rinse hair, etc. A bigger/taller person might have a really hard time with it. Also, would have been nice if the pool were open later.

It is very cute-they took an old motel and turned it into a stylish boutique hotel.

Amazing place to sleep!

Loved the beds! Most comfortable beds we have had in 2 weeks of expensive hotels. We usually stay in Hiltons and Hamptons and these beds were so much better! They have done an amazing job with the renovation of this motel. Very clean, smells clean and amazing (without cleaner smells) The front of house staff was very sweet.

Kind of a bummer that the pool was being cleaned and not available. We didn't know making the reservation just hours before staying. We actually chose this place for the pool and to have it not available was definitely disappointing. Especially for the price verses others in the area. We usually choose hotels or motels based on breakfast served and pools so the kids will have fun. This place had neither this time. Other than that the motel had amazing beds and service was great. Very clean! Would love a hook or two in the bathroom. Most toiletry bags are meant to hook and hang in a bathroom but there wasn't any way to do so in this one. Also no vents in the bathrooms makes it interesting for a family of four lol. Will still stay here again based on the service and beds alone!

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the decor

We were missing a few items which they immediately provided. The ice maker wasn’t working 😔

the stairs are very steep and hard to see at night due to the dark stair color and dim lighting. My partner fell from the lower steps at night as the railing ended before the steps ended and the lighting at the base was dim. The staff was apologetic but had zero fist aid supplies, not even ice. He was hurt pretty badly and we had to cancel our evening plans and our morning plans for the next day due to his injuries.

Superb

The room is a great size. Very clean. A perfect location that is close to the freeway. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It was a little noisy, especially in the morning. The rooms aren't very soundproof. The small grassy areas for my pet needed to be cleaned up because no one seemed to clean up after their dogs. Heater is was a little noisy, but it worked well.

OK place and priced appropriately.

Older place in downtown that was nicely updated. Very clean and comfortable.

The windows let in a lot of noise and the air conditioner/heater was very noisy. The TV was for streaming only with no cable TV channels.

The windows are so thin! You can hear absolutely everything that’s going on outside. conversations word for word. Even walking past rooms you can hear everything that’s going on inside of them. New updated windows are more then needed. it would save on electricity because the draft is freezing and brings more peace of mind and privacy to the guests.

Great place to stay in Pendleton!

This little updated motel rocks! The whole place has a modern vibe, is clean and comfortable. The use of technology is outstanding: wireless phone chargers and smart TV, very nice! The location is very walkable, expecially to our favorite restaurant and drinking spot, Oregon Grain Growers Distillery (don't miss it). The staff at Motolodge was friendly and helpful, we would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Maybe next time it will be summer and we can enjoy the pool!

Fairly comfortable

Ilthe room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The bed was realt comfortable.

The motel is not well sound-proofed. We could hear the upstairs room inhabitants walking around at 6am and heat the cars starting up in the parking lot.

Nice and comfy room.

The rooms were nicely updated and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! I slept longer than I do at home and it was wonderful! We also liked the options to sign into several apps on the TV, and got to catch up on our favorite shows.

The front window/door did not block out any sound at all, so we got to hear some rather interesting drunken post-bar conversations. I am so glad my kids slept through it!
