Terrible

The beds were horrible, I could have slept better in my car. In fact the floor would have been more comfortable than the beds. Just plain awful.

The beds are horrendous. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if your trying to rest to get back on the road.

Very good

The room was spotless. Staff was friendly and professional. Very enjoyable stay! Pool was very relaxing. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. I would definitely stay again.

Shower was plugged with hair in one room. Understaffed for front desk at check in.

So dirty we couldn’t stay or sleep there.

Absolutely nothing! We ended up leaving after we saw the room. There was some sort of spluge all over the tv screen. Everything was filthy. There wasn’t even a clean, blanket or sheet on the bed. It was just the cover that no one ever washes anyway. It made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable even being there. Throughout the whole entire hotel, the carpet was stained and nasty, and the pool was like a pond not a pool. We stayed somewhere else. And i hope to get a refund.

Completely not what was booked.

The weekend front desk lady was nice and did her best to make things more tolerable

Room was not at all what I booked, fixtures were dirty, fridge had been stolen from room, paint peeling off walls, plate missing from microwave, volume on tv broken, smelled bad, could smell drugs from hallway

A little better house keeping staff and this place would be exceptional..

The breakfast was decent could do a little more and the staff was very understanding and accommodating

The first room we got was dirty and had chips under the night stand, animal hair throughout the room, so the staff accommodated us and put us in a mini suite, but we got in that room and the mini fridge was gone , but it was just a lil evening stay, so we had a nice relaxing comfortable sleep though other than that, the staff had said they were having a hard time keeping house keeping staff..

Overall, though it was a convenient stay along our route to our destination, it was rather disappointing.

It was only two stories.

There were obvious stains on the comforter. We found bugs everywhere, including earwigs. The room smelt, the floor in the bathroom covered in hair. The bed was broken.

Um... not so hot.

No waste can in room...very inconvenient. Toilet didn't flush well. Bath sink was clogged, only one bath towel. Thought we were upgrading from Motel 6, but it was actually worse.

hot tub and pool non working, bathtub gross, carpet stained, one room the ironing board cover was missing and the other cover was ripped

Disappointing

Location was decent and front desk staff were nice.

The cleanliness of the room was sub-par. Didn't look like the floor has been vacuumed, shower was not cleaned. The "breakfast" was just a small Belgian waffle maker which we couldn't even use due to gluten issues. Better places across the street for about the same price. Sad I can't give a better review.

Fine for a 2 night stay

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't what I thought we booked, a microwave and mini fridge would have been nice. The "breakfast" was more continental, no meat or eggs. The coffee was good!

We were in a pet room. It needed an upgrade. Holes in the carpet and not very clean.

Easy access to freeway

I didn't expect much from a 2 star hotel; however, the footstool was actually covered in mud. I wiped it off then asked the staff to vacuum, and they only got the large pieces. There was dust on everything, and the window had a large crack. There was debris in the hall for both days we were there. There was an ironing board, but no cover.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly.. The room was decent The bed was comfortable

The pool and hot tub were broken and not posted. Microwave in the room did not work. Plans for hot tub to be removed.

The room was filthy. Was woken up by bug crawling on us. Breakfast was extremely limited. Complained to staff no discount was offered.

Pool closed..bed had burn mark .bleach all over with residue..window cracked.mold on the curtains.the tv you can order porn of every kind but only got 4 chanel's to watch the rest were infemercials....

Only had juice. Not much to chose from

Entry light in room did not work. They booking company double booked our roonM. We had someone try to entrr late at night after a long drive. Surprise!
