Communication due to repear road close to garage . Repeat blocked garage and parking was down, not received in time guarantee letter to free parking on beach parking.

The view from the apartment was great. The position would have been okay except for the lack of the advertised on-site parking. The apartment was spacious and clean.

The key pickup was inconvenient. I certainly didn't expect to have to go to Benidorm to collect the keys. I received a message saying that they wanted a tradesman to visit the apartment by 18:00. I assumed that this would be a short visit. We returned to the apartment at 18:30 to find 2 people with the air conditioning unit on the floor being replaced. They had switched off the power, so no use of the kitchen, no lights (so no showers) and no privacy. They said they could be there for a few hours. We had to get out because of the drilling etc. No thanks or other recognition from the owners or agents. One of the reasons we selected this apartment was that it offered on site parking. We received a message a few days before our visit saying that this wasn't available due to road works. We were assured that the alternative parking would be very close, however the route meant we had to carry our luggage up a dark path with 85 steps. The same every day with our belongings and shopping. Arranging the parking pass for the use of the shop car park was another hassle with a series of messages and phone calls and significant time involved. If we had been aware of these issues beforehand we would certainly not have chosen this apartment. Again there seemed to be no recognition by the owners or the agency that we were inconvenienced by this issue. Finally, I am aware that we rented an apartment, however in similar situations in other places there was some recognition that we may be arriving with limited baggage and there has been a supply of kitchen cleaning and even simple items such as salt, oil and the like.

Resort is fantastic, Apartment was disappointing

La cala is a fantastic resort with some lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment has great views and the location to the bars and restaurants is excellent.

The pictures advertised are not necessary the apartment you get. The first 21 pics on the advert are a completely different apartment, this is very misleading. The apartment in the first 21 pictures looks far superior to the apartment in pics 22-48, the price we paid of £900 is probably fair for the first apartment but very overpriced for the one we got. Displaying 2 different apartments on one advert is quite deceptive, especially as they are different sizes. I actually booked this the previous year (September) for my step daughter and she got the apartment in pics 22-48 (what we got this year) and it was considerably cheaper. The biggest problem was the key collection, last year we collected from a local vendor via lock box (3-4 min walk from the apartment) This year the collection point was near the old town (around 4km away - 50min walk) This was never mentioned when booking, it cost me 20 euro in a taxi to collect and extremely inconvenient. if i had known this previous to my booking i never would have booked. Please be aware of this before you book.

El apartamento en sí.

La entrada,domingo, resultó complicada. Recogida de llaves y tuve que volver a la oficina el lunes a por llaves de acceso parking y mando apertura del mismo. En la recogida no estaban en el cajetin.

Muy buena ubicación. Muy tranquilo. La piscina no estaba masificada y bajando unas escaleras está la playa. Tampoco se siente ruido desde el apartamento

Estaba cerca de la playa y tenía parquing. Con vistas al mar. Aire acondicionado.

Para 4 personas era pequeño. Faltaba menaje de cocina. El sofá cama era muy incomodo para 2 personas imposible dormir más de 1 día allí. No nos devolvieron la fianza de 200 Euros tuve que reclamarla a través de la Visa. Solo me dijeron que tardaría de 3 a 7 días pero pasado ese tiempo no lo devolvieron y no me dieron explicaciones ninguna. No me gusto la atención.
