It was convenient to downtown, we like to walk, so it was easy to get around
This is Something that doesn’t qualify what we don’t like.
FYI, I lowered the shower curtain so that the water didn’t go into the bathroom. It was fine afterwards.

Great location, very convenient as walking distance from everything
Overwhelming smell of pets urine. We burned a candle during our whole stay to cover the smell.

The location was great. The neighborhood is quite. They had fresh citrus and a press. I thought that was a nice touch.
I know it’s an old house. I get that. However it does have a weird smell. There were termites and tons of termite wings all over the house. They got into my suitcases. The floors were very dirty. My feet were black from walking barefoot. I only did that once. The furniture is dirty also. I had to cover the sofa and chair to feel comfortable. Again I know it’s pet friendly and that’s a wonderful thing but that doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. Oh and I found needles hidden between the towels in the bathroom

We absolutely loved this adorable quaint little getaway!!!

The location was great, close enough to walk to downtown but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We sat on the front porch each morning enjoying the weather and our coffee.
At first the house had a funny odor which was a huge turn-off. We think it was just the stuff they used to clean it. Perhaps the could use a different cleaner. Once we got some air freshener going and turned the temp down a bit it was better. Everything else was perfect from the clean. soft, comfy bedding/bed to the yummy tea. We didn't need to bring anything but our clothes. We even cooked breakfast a couple of mornings and made fresh orange juice from the fruit that was provided.

The location was perfect. Quiet street but close to everything. House was very comfortable. Fresh fruit and juicer was a nice surprise!
Pets are allowed so the house smelled a little like animals. Not everyone would notice probably but I did.

We loved our stay here. It's a quaint little cottage with a colonial feel. The amenities are great and the orange juice press / fresh oranges are a nice addition. The location is fantastic, as it's only a five to ten minute walk to Nights of Lights and historic museums and events.

Location..and cabin would be great if they would update to make it comfortable. See below!
Cabin had a horrible musty smell. We had to burn a candle to try to make it better. The bed was awful!!!! (Including pillows and bedding)All furniture was old and needs replaced. My husband fell out of chair in livingroom and I out of chair on porch. All are wobbly and unsafe! 2 cats that lived there kept hanging out on my car, which really wasn't cool. Shower is the worst!!! For the price, we will not return.

This was a perfect place for two people. Great location. We loved the historic quirky nature of this home. The kitchen was really nice and the whole place was clean.
A hair dryer would be a nice addition.

I intentionally wanted to stay in an original historic home. This place hit all the right buttons. It was absolutely beautiful, modern on the inside, and the owners went out of their way to see that we were comfortable and happy. The oranges, grapefruits, and press were the icing on the cake. Loved it!!!
Nothing. It was perfect.

It was close enough and far enough away from everything. you’re within walking distance of so much in the area but it feels like you’re in the woods. super cozy and the hosts were amazing as well!
The only thing I didn’t like was how small the shower is. But I didn’t come here to sit in the shower all day, so it really doesn’t matter!
