About this condo rental
Located in Victoria, this lovely condo for $254 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This owner - managed luxury condo is on the 16th floor of the iconic The Falls building in downtown Victoria. The condo is newly furnished and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and basic supplies. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, so this is a perfect get-away for two couples or a small family. Our condo is on the 16th floor, with an amazing view of the inner harbour, straight of Juan de Fuca, and the Olympic Peninsula. There is also a small office with an extra monitor in the condo, should duty call during your Victoria visit. The building is very secure, with an RFID fob for accessing the elevator and underground parking. The building also offers a heated pool, hot tub and workout room. The location is downtown, across the corner from the Empress Hotel and the Victoria Convention Centre. There are dozens of great restaurants and shops nearby, and the harbour and parliament buildings are all a short walk away. Butchart Gardens and the Bear Mountain golf course are a short drive away, but other than that you don't have to get in your car once you are settled in. Check in was a bit complicated with the high security building but we figured it out. The condo was very nice and well appointed. The lights were sort of dim and hard to see at night. Would recommend.

Look no further! This gorgeous condo is very accommodating for up to 4 people and the building is very secure. Plus the location is awesome! We didn't have a car but didn't need one as we found it easy to walk everywhere. The pictures don't lie and the views out the many floor to ceiling windows and from the balcony are absolutely spectacular! The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well. Communication with Jodi was great from the moment we booked. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful! Spacious condo -perfect location for walking and views were amazing. Very safe building and nice to have a designated parking space. Also national rental car right next door was so handy when we rented a car for few days. We will stay here every time we come to Victoria. My only suggestion is to bring a sleep mask if light bothers you at night -did not bother my husband at all but it’s pretty light at night.

Such a perfect place for our girlfriends getaway. The condo was as beautiful, and better, than the listing showed. It was super clean, comfortable beds, great amenities, and close to everything. Watching, from the balcony, the sunsets and the city lights come on was magical. A lovely stay.

We were fortunate to stay in this lovely condo for 1 month. The expansive views of the harbour and city are outstanding, and the neighborhood could not be more convenient. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the condo is clean and in excellent condition, and the large corner balcony was a real treat. Communication with the owner was easy, and they could not have been more responsive to our questions and needs. There were a couple of small issues that came up during our stay and they were handled swiftly and to our complete satisfaction. You cannot ask for more than that. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo, and we have already booked again for next year. One tip however, You might experience some outside noise from the street below even though it is on the 16th floor, so you might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs if you are a very light sleeper.

We had a lovely stay. Location and security was fantastic. The view was unbelievable everyday … we had so much fun watching the seagulls at dusk. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We look forward to returning someday! Thank you so much!

This property is amazing! The location is perfect and all the condo is super clean with all the necessary amenities. My family and I spent a bit of time on the patio enjoying the breathtaking view. The owners were also constantly in contact with us, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. This property was certainly a highlight of our 17 day Western Canada adventure. I highly recommend.

We all loved this condo for the outstanding view of downtown and the bay! The location was within walking distance for many of the attractions. Instructions were clear for check in/check. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and overall an excellent experience. We would definitely stay again.

Communication from host very good- clear instructions on access and parking. Good basic info on area. Very nice furnishings and balcony . Slight complaint which host can fix- no measuring cup, no dish sponge, no instructions toI use microwave and ovenwhich we could not figure how to operate ( except for 1 minute option)

We enjoyed the spectacular view. The condo is centrally located in downtown Victoria, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit is updated and the kitchen is fully equipped. We appreciated the comfortable beds.

We just spent three nights in this beautifully decorated condo. The dedicated parking spot is worth a lot in this neighborhood, but you can really leave your car in the garage and walk to everything. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops, and practically next door to the Empress!

Very nice place to stay with incredible view of the harbor and walking distance to everything. Interior was very clean and well appointed. Next door is the Sticky Wicket which was great for happy hour and to watch football. Only issue we had is AC was out for some reason. Did not really need it after first day as weather cool enough with windows and patio doors open. Owner, Jodi great on communication. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Incredible place with an amazing view. Would like to note that it does get pretty loud on the weekend, but it's in central Victoria so that is expected.
We loved that this apartment was within walking distance to everything in Victoria; it made getting around and planning excursions easier.

This property has stunning views! In addition, it is well appointed and the owners have anticipated all your needs. The beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens. The indoor parking is awesome and the location is so close to everything, we walked everywhere. Owner is great at communication and arrival/departure instructions are clear.

This place is beyond magnificent, it's stunning! Jodi is very responsive with communication, the key was easy to retrieve and on-site parking is wonderful. The apartment is very clean and wonderfully furnished, the art work is beautiful and you will not beat the location, it's within walking distance to so many attractions. I will definitely look at staying here when we return to Victoria. I highly recommend this place. it was absolutely perfect!!

When we first checked in, we weren’t able to retrieve the key due to some issue with Key cafe. However, Jodi was very responsive, and we were the first among a group of tenants to get out of that situation.
The apartment is brand new, and the harbor view is absolutely stunning. We had not taken so many photos at a rental, but the ever changing sunset during our 11 night stay deserved an exception. The beds are super comfy. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in town.

This condo is conveniently located downtown near the Empress Hotel and harbor, so that you can walk everywhere and leave your car in the condo underground parking which is very secure, as is the condo. The view of the harbor is amazing, and we enjoyed watching the ships, water taxis, and other boat activity, as well as the small float planes landing. The condo is lovely, spacious, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Jodi was exceptionally prompt in responding to my questions.

This place is AMAZING. We loved everything about it. It was beyond well stocked, even having a smoothie blender and coffee/cooking oil available. The key check out/turn in was so easy and convenient (once I realized what it was). The hosts were gracious, helpful, and responsive. I cannot wait to return.
The views were beyond magnificent as well. It was a 8-10 min walk from the harbor to the unit, and then really easy and convenient to everything else, including Parliament. Parking on the street and in the alotted spot in the unit was easy.
NOTE: the owners also have a unit in Vancouver and Ucluet (i probably misspelled that), in case your trip takes you to additional locations in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome centrally located condo
This condo was awesome. Spouse and adult daughter stayed for 5 nights. It is perfectly located - a 5 min walk to anywhere in downtown Victoria or a 25 -30 minute drive to a wilderness hike (or Butchart Gardens). The condo was very clean and well provisioned. The view from the balcony was great - perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sun set. The Host was very accessible and helpful. One of the best we’ve ever worked with. We will return as soon as we can!
