I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting. The property is located in a working-class community and it’s pretty safe and close to the Strip. There are 3 bedrooms, 2king beds, 1 queen bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed. The house has powerful Internet and three TVs connected to a computer. Two of the TVs are Smart TVs with no cameras connected The property is equipped with 4 video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard). Inside the house is a noise detector. It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's. 6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip) I am still working on some home improvement and would be glad to see your comments on what you need as well. Please note: Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside. During May and September, the pool heating fee is $120 for the first night and $55 for each additional night. During October-April the pool heating fee is $145 for the first night and $65 for each next night. Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated. The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working. You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either. The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time. That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you. No smoking inside the house! Penalty 250.00$ NO PARTY/Gathering NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION. No unauthorized guests on the property. All guests and visitors must be pre-approved before arriving at the property. All other property details (check-in/out instructions, home lighting, pet policy, etc.) will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival. All pets must be pre-approved and fit in the following category: Non-vocal, light-shedding, potty-trained, non-chewers, and non-aggressive. NO PETS ON FURNITURE. It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Pets fee is $50.00 per trip per pet.
