The place was comfortable, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood near the Parlament. Tram 28E and other major bus lines are close by, so it's easy to get around.
There are coffee, tea, fruit, bread and some other staples available in the kitchen for guests. We had a good time here.
We booked a room with a private bathroom, but were informed, that the shower was out of order; we used the common shower. The bathroom was very smelly, even with the window open, it always stank.
The place has a lovely small balcony with plants overlooking the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, it was being worked on and the view was mostly of the schaffolding.

The beds were quite comfortable and the temperature and noise was ok - we slept very well. The bathroom was modern, and the hotel itself was quite quiet. After our miscommunication with the staff we got an upgrade, which was nice.
Unfortunately we tried to drop off our bags early - and despite confirming time of drop off the night before and messaging in the morning to say we were on our way, when we arrived we stood at the entrance for an hour ringing the door bell, calling the listed phone number, and messaging the property to no response (we then went to a coffee shop and waited for another hour, to no avail). We eventually got a response in the afternoon, and due to this misunderstanding the hotel upgraded us, but in our new room there were several hairballs on the floor when we arrived.
