Ideal, cereal and milk in room, in fridge! Toaster and kettle as well! Lovely spacious comfortable room, lovely bathroom with shower alongside! Nice patio area outside with table and chairs, very quiet sitting out there overlooking nice kept garden. Safe off road parking on site!

We had a lovely stay at Old Orchard. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the milk and cereal that was left by Maria. We ate in the York Inn, just a short walk down the road, on our first night and had a lovely meal. We would definitely stay again.
The fridge made a bit of a racket in the night which sounded like someone trying to break in! Once we got over the initial panic and realised what it was it was fine! 😆

Maria left us cereal for breakfast. Muesli (which lasted two days out of three we stayed) Cornflakes and Bran Flakes. She also left us some milk and coffee. There was a kettle, Toaster and a fridge with a small freezer section. We liked the shower until the last day when the water was cold in the evening :-( Excellent location on the edge of the Blackdown Hills with a great pub 2 minute walk away which served great food. The area is great for walking!
The toilet seat was loose but worked okay. The bed was comfortable but the curtains were too thin. The light shone thru from about 5am which woke us up early in the morning. She needs to put black out curtains in the room.
