Apartment very tired and in need of a great deal of renovation and updating.

Location was good.

Toilet didn't flush properly, bathroom door didn't lock and door handle loose, window didn't close, no bidet plug, radiator was rusty, washbasin tap corroded, no bulb in mirror light, one small rail to hang all towels. Kitchen sink leaked water into unit below, tap was rusted solid and didn't swivel, no sink plug or washing up bowl on arrival (bowl later provided), no grill pan in cooker (toaster was not provided). No duvets on bed on arrival (found in wardrobe but no duvet covers), no bedside lights, only two bedside tables in all 3 bedrooms. Balcony sunshade rusted closed and handle broken off. Only one set of keys provided for 2 couples (asked for another but refused). The apartment is very close to a bar/pizzeria which played loud music all day and late into the evening/early hours of the morning so not a good place if you want a quiet holiday.

lovely location and great view! beautiful town

stunning location across the road from a lovely little beach, nice restaurant right next door and some good local coffee bars. easy 5 min walk into Monopoli!

only 1 bathroom (we were 5 people) and no living room just a kitchen or balcony for communal hanging out

Lovely apartment in a great seaside location

Great location and a lovely well appointed and well maintained apartment.

The high chair and baby cot were expensive they weren’t there upon arrival. I had to chase up the staff twice to get them.
