Lovely big apartment just outside the old walls of Monopoli. Bed and pillows were very comfy, one of the comfiest we’ve had.
Felt slightly rushed by the staff. We requested early check in between 12-1 as we had a very early flight. This was approved by the accommodation, so we expected the apartment to be ready when we arrived. However it wasn’t, the maids were in there cleaning. The host said it would be ready around 2pm, it ended up being around 1:30pm. It wasn’t too bad and we appreciated the early check in anyway, but it just felt like a slight lack of communication. Upon checkout, the maids arrived at 10am, we were just arriving back from breakfast and they were at the door looking to get in. Check out was 11am so this felt quite rushed. They were fine with us staying until 11 and just waited in the car outside, but it just gave off a bit of a rushed vibe the whole stay.

Een zeer ruime Loft, voorzien van bubbelbad, zeer ruime douche met allerlei mogelijkheden, zithoek en nette keuken. Er was een klein buitenplaatsje voor bijvoorbeeld ontbijt. De ligging ten opzicht van het historisch centrum was uitstekend. Slechts 10 minuten lopen en toch redelijke (gratis) parkeermogelijkheden nabij de Loft.
We vonden het jammer dat de keukenfaciliteiten beperkt waren. Slechts 1 wijnglas en botte messen. Het buitenplaatsje achter was nogal ingebouwd en zicht op verfblikken (bij de buren). Ook jammer dat het onderhoud niet up to date was. (Een kleine moeite om plekken op muren bij te werken en in de toiletruimte was er een behoorlijke schimmelplek in de hoek).

Ca vi loft è una buona soluzione per chi decide di alloggiare un paio di giorni a Monopoli. Non troppo lontano dal mare nè troppo vicino al caos del centro storico.
L'host è stato super gentile e disponibile in ogni fase del soggiorno
Tuttavia la nostra esperienza non è stata proprio ottimale.
In primis, c'è una mancanza di privacy in tutto l'alloggio.
Appena arrivati c'è un cancello buchetellato ed una porta finestra dalla quale si vede chiaramente tutto quello che si fa in casa...
Sei sempre costretto a stare chiuso dentro con le tende chiuse. Tende che non sono per niente oscuranti.
E qui arriviamo alla parte più dolente. In casa non ci sono tapparelle/veneziane. Alle 6 di mattina entra tutta la luce del giorno che ti sveglia...sia dal lato cucina sia stanza da notte.
Nel 2026 non avere le persiane è surreale. Almeno prendere delle tende massicce oscuranti davvero...allevierebbero parzialmente il problema.
Non si poteva nè pranzare nè cenare fuori perché pieno di zanzare, falene, ragni e formiche. Oltre al fatto che di fatto eri nello spazio dei vicini affianco. Quindi zero privacy.
Non ci sono zanzariere. Quindi non potevi nemmeno stare con la porta aperta. Nè quella principale nè quella che dava all'esterno.
Non c'era un tavolo interno ma un piccolo snack con sgabelli altissimi e scomodissimo per cenare dovendoti di fatto piegare con la schiena per tutto il tempo.
Wifi terribile. Davvero. Siamo stati sempre con la connessione dati. Tra l'altro pessima in quanto non prendeva nemmeno.
Per riassumere. Posizione più che buona. Servizi da rivedere. Esperienza in appartamento da migliorare visto il rapporto qualità prezzo
