The apartment is very well-maintained and equipped with a complete kitchen (several coffee pot options). Very clean with a complete guidebook. The owner is very attentive and checked on us (via text) to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend. Very close to restaurants and I-75.

The VRBO had everything we needed to enjoy our multi-day stay. The checkin-checkout process was very easy. Our host was helpful and communicative. She even accommodated our need to drop our things early in the garage. It is quiet unit with plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We used the pool multiple times.

Conveniently located condo. Well decorated with homey feel. We appreciated all complimentary necessities provided: snacks, spices, coffee, laundry supplies, and toiletries. Definitely, would come back.

Great location for attending the Gator Nationals. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Everything in the rental kitchen was labeled, so you did not have to all the cupboards. Bathroom had baskets of things you may have forgotten Will be back for sure Thanks Barbara!!

I enjoyed the stay in this condo. The host thought of everything before we arrived. The unit was very clean. The area is close enough to everything. I would stay again.

The property was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for a competition so did not spend a lot of time in the neighborhood but everything looked good. Barbara was a very good host and communicated really well, and was always very helpful. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful one bedroom condo only 12 minutes from our daughters dorm at UF. Decked out for Thanksgiving, the owner Barbara provided lots of extras such as snacks and toiletries to make our stay more enjoyable. Barbara was so kind and very responsive. We highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean. Excellent hospitality. Convenient walk to several restaurants and convenient drive to campus and outdoor hikes/parks. Didn’t need the pool, but it looked nice. If we go back to Gainesville, we’d definitely hope to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for the UF football game - Barbra was extremely tentative and punctual on her responses. Her house is accurate to the posting; it was clean and well stoked with fall goodies and toiletries. Additionally, the house was decorated in fall decor which gave it an extra special feeling while staying. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Would rent again.
