Boat was absolutely beautiful. Modern and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and forst time we have experienced complementary products like dental kits
Food was some of the best we have experienced in Kerela. My friend has had a bad tummy so they prepared hers without chilli
Staff were friendly and efficient. Drinks were unlimited

The food was really tasty, we got to pick some fresh fish, prawns and crab which were cooked for us/ made into dishes. There were multiple opportunities to wander around villages when docked.
Cash payment on arrival would have been good to know ahead of time
The bed was a bit sloped - not the most comfy
There were so many boats at the boarding point it was a bit tricky to find but we called and they came to meet us!

The boat was quite nice, they cooked well.
You can find cheaper boat with the same facilities elsewhere just ask maybe your driver. The boat sails only for 5-6 house then halts for the night and then 30 mins in the morning. They will serve you only 1 piece of fish per person not good. They took 27.5 k for one night 8 person still the food was not unlimited. And the staff of Achu boat was not that helpful.
