The staff were friendly, very nice, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only issue I had during my stay was the noisy heater in my room. It woke me up multiple times during the night when it turned on.

We asked for a quiet room. The heating rattles, the fridge rattles, and an intermittent third metallic noise couldn't be identified or located. The noises kept us awake the whole night. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so the paint is peeling from the ceiling.

Stayed here for the proximity to the airport and it was perfect. Very easy to get onto the highways and conveniently close to restaurants and shops

We stayed two nights. Didn't need much from the hotel except a couple good nights' rest. This was not achieved, as the walls were thin, and everyone who opened a door nearby sounded like they were coming into our room. The people next door on both sides were audible in our room. And, the highway noise woke us up more than once. There was no maid service between nights (we were never asked if we wanted it, nor did we ever say we did not want maid service). The people at the desk were very nice and efficient. No complaints there... it's just that the hotel itself is built cheaply I guess, and it is right next to a loud highway.

Friendly & professional staff. Easy check in process. Room 108 - very clean and quiet. Great walk in shower! Plenty of free parking. Would definitely stay there again. (Suggestion: For anyone with mobility issues - request a handicapped accessible room as the commode in the regular room was very low to the floor with no support bars to grab onto. Can make it difficult for anyone who already has issues getting up out of chairs.)

We only stayed for a short night and had an early morning flight home. As a result we did not get an opportunity to do much in the hotel. Overall the hotel was good but we were told prior to checking in that they do not actually offer a shuttle to the airport despite it being listed as an amenity in their Hotels.com listing. The shuttle was one of the big reasons why we chose this hotel for our final night in Maine. As a result we had to quickly book an extra day for our rented car and turn it in very early prior to our flight.

Overpriced. Pool was closed and looked like needed upgrade. Rooms are small. Breakfast bad quality foods but i guess thats standard for free breakfast hotels.

The room was so warm I couldn’t sleep. I turned the heat down as much as possible and the room stayed at 54 degrees. I called the desk for help with the a/c he put it on but only lasted a short while. I would like to be able to have the ability to keep the room cool when I sleep. Everything else was good. We had to move rooms twice - first room smelled of smoke and the second room had the smoke alarm beeping as if it needed batteries or recharged - the young man working couldn't fix that and noone was around to repair it. The third room was where we stayed but the heater was quite loud but was done moving rooms!

People that were not staff hanging out behind counter when we arrived. After booking specifically because I was told there was a shuttle, was given a taxi driver card. The shower was the worst. The tub filled while showering leaving the next person the shower in a full tub. The tub drained all night. Not a good hotel for a Marriott at all.

Stayed 1 night. Checking in was super quick and staff was friendly. My room was clean and I slept comfortably well. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast but I skipped that. Overall, I would stay again.
