I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor.
Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part.
1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting.
The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite,
No ceiling fans in any of the rooms, one might be nice.
Room Decor was great, light choices were helpful. No light in closet but ironing board.
Towels were clean and white. I appreciated the dove products in refillable bottles on wall and shower. Better for the environment and less to drag around with you in your suitcase.
Location is close to airport, mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. You have short travel to see ocean and lighthouses.

Kitchen was good, refrigerator was very noisy. Reported to the agent when checking out.

I booked this hotel for 3 but plans changed. I flew out the day of the reservation and called the hotel as the other 2 needed it. The hotel was able to change from my name to the person who stayed instead. I appreciate IHG as my membership has been helpful through the years.
