It was a safe, comfortable environment for us. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you! Also, being close to the beach, we were well accommodated. Breakfast and being within walking distance of the grocery store is so handy, too.

It was ok i guess our room wasant properly cleaned there was beer bottles behind the nightstand along with the alarm clock there was half a joint and weed in the drewer the beds weren't fresh either.. The hot tub was not hot at all my infants bath water was warmer than the hot tub and the "heated pool" was freezing we spent our pool time in the hot tub witch felt like a heated pool rather than a hot tub.. The breakfast was cold and sausage was over done Over all it was not the best we were in an emergency situation so diddnt really gave any other options but will not be back.

Stayed for 4 nights….The staff was amazing and very friendly. Super comfortable bed. The hotel was exactly what I expected, which is good when you can only judge by photos and reviews. Within minutes of downtown Portsmouth. Have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The lady working at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. She made the check in process seem far less tedious than I have experienced at other hotels. I was even given the option to choose which floor I wanted to be on (last minute booking that wasn’t assigned). The room itself was a little dated but the furniture was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

I really wanted to like this hotel. Check in went well. The woman at the desk was extremely pleasant. From there it went down hill. Our room was relatively clean minus the hairs on the toilet. The toilet bowl was stained and could use a good scrub. We had a bit of trouble with the television. The TV went in and out the entire evening which was very annoying. We were looking forward to sleeping in a bit but unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. Our neighbor decided to set their alarm to go off at 4 am, and continued to hit the snooze button for an hour and a half. Finally at 5:30 we decided to just go. We headed down to the desk to check out and were greeted with a sign saying “back in 5 minutes”. We waited a bit so my husband decided to go pull the car up. We went to make a couple cups of coffee. When I came back the clerk stopped still hadn’t returned. So now roughly 15 minutes had gone by. Being tired and just done, I left a note on my keycard holder saying the was sorry but needed to go, and left it on the counter.

The location was great. The front desk people were super friendly. The breakfast was hot and tasty with 2 kinds of waffles. The pool and hot tub area was easily accessible and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. There was construction next to the building that started up between 7 and 8 which was not the motel's fault but check to see if they are done and request room opposite construction. We would definitely go back.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The front desk was kind and understanding of the fact we were there for a cheer competition and super accommodating. My experience with this hotel really eased all my anxieties. I even by mistake left my daughter’s medicine behind and the lovely staff put it in the employee fridge without me even having to ask, until I was able to come get it . It was a great stay thank you for everything!

Stayed for a cheer competition. All hotels were sold out and was pleasantly surprised. The pool and sauna was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and pleasant. Facility was clean and beds comfy!

The staffs were friendly and courteous! We asked for a late check out and they were able to accommodate us last minute! Room was clean and fully stocked. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Parking was free!

We booked rooms alongside our family and their room was infested with cockroaches we saw easily 10 and many dead ones. Front desk didn’t care because we booked through you! You took 2 hours plus to finally offer our family a refund which should have been automatic. To say we are disappointed and disgusted is a complete

When we arrived we were given a room on the 5th floor that the bed was broken, the couch and mattress covers were disgusting and stained. We were then given a room on the 2nd floor that there was dirt and crumbs on the floor, the couch was still extremely stained it looks like it had never been cleaned dirt marks and stains all over. The top layer of the comfort had a stain on it. The tv was extremely outdated and would pause in and out on live tv. Overall the most unkept hotel\motel I’ve ever stayed. I wasn’t expecting fancy but cleaning and deep cleaning should be a top priority. This place is just old, outdated and run down. The fact that it’s in a booming area you charge almost $200 a night for the less than the bare minimum in a filthy place.

Better rooms for people with disabilities.
Walk in showers instead of needing to sit on shower stool and struggle with lifting legs over side of tub to get in.
It was very difficult for me and I couldn't get in or out without assistance.

The location of the hotel is great, not far away from the airport and in a quiet area; we loved the vintage atmosphere of the hotel (very 70's) and the cleanliness and how spacious the room was.

I did not like that I had to change rooms because I went in the it had a bad smell of cigarettes. Someone did smoke in the room. I told them I couldn’t smell cigarettes I have stage four cancer in stomachs and I can’t smell it makes me sick. So I changed rooms to 125 on the first floor. And then this room had a leek in the shower the toilet was loose when I sat on it. I didn’t use the shower was dirty. I took a shower when I got out of the jucuzzi and the pool was very cold disappointing. The t.v. Wasn’t working right either. I spend on this hotel 575 . Dollars. That was too much money. I would love to get a discount I am very disappointed and not happy with this hotel it need a lot of updating too. It was a waist of my money. Not going to this hotel again.
