So, we were very impressed by the overall experience, with two caveats. Before I get to those, I want to complement management for good rooms at a fair price (lower than the nearby competition).
Each room has a full kitchenette, nice bedding and good shower.
If you have an electric car, beware that their chargers only work for Teslas. This matters because we needed a charge, and appreciated the offer of a free charge with the exorbitant $45 overnight valet parking fee. We were grateful that they reversed our fee when we explained that we were misled by the staff on the phone.
Second, they are pet friendly. However, the ad on Hotels.com didn’t clearly state the pet fee, which is a whopping $75. It was explained that this is a “cleaning” fee. However, our dog is hypoallergenic and made zero mess. I’d like management to consider only adding the charge if indeed a pet makes a mess. It seems like a rip-off.
